Terms and Conditions
- A Deposit of 20% of the total cost is required when a booking is made to confirm your reservation.
- The deposit is non-refundable.The balance must be received 4 weeks prior the arrival date.
- The use of Air-conditioning/heating units is optional(Cost is 5 Euro per unit per day).
- The total number of persons allowed to sleep in our villa is 6-8 people or is subject to the number of persons you paid for.
- If any losses or damages may occur to our villas as a result of your staying, you agree to pay the full cost.
- Pets are not allowed.
